It’s that time of year, yes I am talking about Summer. If you are like me I have a love hate relationship with summer. I love summer but hate wearing a bathing suit. Every year I go through the same routine. When Spring time rolls around I pledge to get in the best shape ever for summer. I truly give it a good try but untimely it is short lived.
